  • Creative Flow

    Step into the unexpected with Creative Flow. You'll explore dynamic sequencing with fresh transitions and variations.

    Each class is designed to encourage you to explore new movement patterns and deepen your connection to breath!

     

  • Heated Deep Stretch (80 Degrees)

    Deep stretch targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Postures are held for longer periods of time to allow for a deep opening and reduced tension throughout the body.

    Get ready for a practice that will benefit your joint health, flexibility, circulation and mental well-being.

  • Deep Stretch with Sound Experience

    This special Deep Stretch class targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back.
    Postures are held for extended periods to allow for a deep opening and reduced tension throughout the body. Class ends with an extended Sivasana and sound experience which includes crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes, leaving you feeling physically, mentally, and energetically rejuvenated.

  • Gentle Flow

    A series of gentle postures that are held for longer periods to allow for gradual release. Variations and props will be offered to accommodate all levels of flexibility and comfort.
    This class is ideal for those seeking a slower-paced practice to ease tension, and improve flexibility and balance while creating a sense of inner peace.

  • Power Pilates Flow

    This class combines the core-focused precision of Pilates with the fluid movement of power flow. Expect a fast-paced sequence with controlled transitions, challenging core work and a focus on breathing to connect mind and body. You will leave feeling strong, centered, and invigorated!

     

     

  • Heated Power Flow (80 Degrees) and Power Flow

    A dynamic practice rooted in the principles of Baron Baptiste's Power Yoga. This class emphasizes  strength, flexibility, and focus through a challenging sequence of postures meant to build heat and endurance.

     

  • Power Sculpt

    This high-energy class combines the intensity of strength training with power flow. This class is designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and improve flexibility using body weight, resistance bands, and light hand weights. Expect a mix of power yoga and targeted sculpting moves to elevate your heart rate and engage every muscle group.

    This class is perfect for students looking to combine the strengthening benefits of a flow class with the flexibility gained from deep stretching.

  • Yoga Bootcamp

    Transform your body and mind with this dynamic high -energy, motivational class that combines the benefits of yoga with the intensity of bootcamp.

    Expect a mix of traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques, core work and cardio with the focus on form, breathing and timing under pressure, resulting in an increase of muscle tone, lean functional muscle strength, and body awareness.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints and fascia, rather than focusing on muscles. Yin Yoga typically involves holding poses for extended periods, usually 3-5 minutes or longer, allowing the body to relax deeply into the stretches. 

     Yin Yoga emphasizes stillness and mindfulness, encouraging students to tune into their breath and the sensations in their body and is particularly beneficial for increasing flexibility, improving joint mobility, and calming the mind.
